Amar Singh Mehta was standing nearby when the pillar fell, leaving him critically injured. Volunteers and workers at the venue immediately rushed to assist him before he was transported to the nearby CMI Hospital for emergency treatment. Succumbed to Injuries Despite receiving medical attention, Amar Singh Mehta succumbed to his injuries later that evening while undergoing treatment at the hospital.
